Fantastic seafront views and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. Excessive noise from nearby bars disturbed our sleep.

The sea front location , the balcony and the caring staff. Rapallo is a great little seaside town and the hotel serves it well.
No parking, not that much can be done about that but my main beef was paying for WiFi, most hotels have woken up to free provision of this modern day medium of communication. We were told it is expensive in Italy but it was the only hotel to charge.

Friendly atmosphere encouraging socializing.
The noise from the main road was quite disruptive during the night. The shower water pressure fluctuated, frustrating when trying to rinse off after a long day. I also found the paper cups in the bathroom to be quite unappealing and not befitting of the otherwise pleasant experience.

Excellent location if you like to discover the area. Corner rooms with balcony are very nice, comfortable with panoramic view. Close to ferry and train station. Staff are nice and helpful
No Parking. Shower screen not adequate, flooded the bathroom every time we showered.

The staff of this family owned and run hotel were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us including finding information for us out of hours. Really friendly and the servicing of our room could not be faulted. We felt valued as customers and were treated more as friends as the staff were keen to chat and showed a genuine interest in us.
There was nothing not to like,

fine, fine, fine
I loved waking up to the amazing sea-view balconies where I could enjoy my breakfast while soaking in the Ligurian charm. The personalized coffee options made mornings good-nothing beats a freshly brewed cappuccino to kickstart the day! The staff were very good, sharing really good local dining recommendations.

Location on the promenade is excellent for views over the harbour and front. Many good restaurants close by. Staff could not have been more obliging.
All rooms are facing the sea - with a road between - which could be noisy at times, but was not a problem to us.

Beautiful sea view from my balcony, perfect for morning coffees. The staff gave great local tips Only downside was some late-night noise from the promenade, but still worth it!

The staff is gently. The location is perfect. The view from room is charmer.
As many hotels in Europe, there is no free parcking. For 24 hour I spent 25 euros to keep my car parked.

The hotel features a great communal space for family games and activities. Plus, the views from the terrace overlooking the promenade are fine. We also loved the local tips we received, especially about the nearby beaches and boat tours, which our group fully enjoyed.
My kids wished for a more comfortable sleep with softer pillows.
